Container Exercise
This is my recording of a Container Exercise, a guided visualization technique used to help clients struggling with trauma, intrusive thoughts, and overwhelming emotions. The goal is to create a mental “container” where distressing thoughts, feelings, or memories can be temporarily stored, allowing clients to regulate their emotions and focus on the present.
